The invitation

Most of us learned to be okay by making sure everyone else was okay.

We learned it early, we got good at it, and it worked, until it started costing us the parts of ourselves we most needed.

This is seven weeks of turning back toward those parts. Not to fix them.
To listen to them.

We hospice what is ending with loving kindness, and we midwife what is asking to be born.

What we do together

Seven sessions, in sequence. Each one builds on the last, and every session includes an experiential component.

  1. Wednesday, October 7

    Arriving

Building safety and trust. Community agreements, intentions, and beginning to listen beneath the noise.

  2. Wednesday, October 14

    Returning to the Body

Embodiment and nervous system practices. Learning to trust what we sense.

  3. Wednesday, October 21

    Separation

How we became disconnected from ourselves, from each other, and from the natural world. Naming inherited beliefs and the strategies that protected us.

  4. Wednesday, October 28

    Meeting Our Parts

Internal Family Systems. Befriending our protectors and cultivating Self-energy. Compassion instead of judgment.

  5. Wednesday, November 4

    Essence & The Superhero

Who am I beneath my roles? What is trying to emerge through me? This week you’ll write a letter from your future self.

  6. Wednesday, November 11

    Relationship & Belonging

Self-abandonment, and how we give up our essence in order to belong. Boundaries, reciprocity, and moving from performance to presence.

  7. Wednesday, November 18

Witnessing & What Wants to Emerge

Reading the letters aloud. Being deeply seen and heard. Commitments for carrying this into daily life.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

This circle is for you if

you sense there is more available to you than the version of yourself you’ve been performing. If you’re navigating burnout, moving through a life transition, or carrying a quiet sense that something is missing, even when life looks fine on paper. If you’re willing to be uncomfortable in good company. If you can commit to seven Wednesday evenings and to the other women who are counting on you being there.

This circle is not the right place

if you are currently in a mental health crisis, in active trauma, or doing deep trauma work. This is a facilitated group experience, not therapy, and it is not a substitute for care you may already be receiving. Both Kelly and Jennifer will meet individually with each prospective participant before the journey begins.

What may shift

More ease in your body. A softer relationship with performing and proving. Clearer boundaries. A felt sense of belonging, not because you earned it, but because you showed up as yourself.

Jennifer G Moore, BA, Inner MBA

Regenerative Leadership Practitioner

I’m a regenerative leadership practitioner based in Sisters, Oregon, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, leadership, and personal transformation. I hold a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in whole-body wellness and have completed advanced training in Regenerative Leadership, the Inner MBA, and the MIT change management and leadership framework. I invite women to reconnect with their authentic essence through living systems, embodiment, and the transformative power of relationship.

Kelly Scheuerman, LPC, NCC

Licensed Professional Counselor · IFS Therapist

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Bend, Oregon, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), a relational therapy approach, with over 20 years of experience guiding groups through deep personal and collective work. I run a private practice here in Bend, where I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their own inner wisdom.

Over the years, I’ve developed rituals to honor and celebrate key transitions in life, from motherhood and midlife to grief, divorce, and the quieter thresholds that don’t always get named or witnessed. These are spaces where people can slow down, feel, and be seen as they move from one chapter into the next. That belief in the power of presence and community is at the heart of how I hold this journey.
